Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: 02/10/2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Velora UK website and apply to your interactions with Velora UK ("Velora", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
These terms primarily apply to the use of the Velora website and our business-to-business activities. Where specific written terms, agreements or contracts are entered into between Velora and a customer, those terms may take precedence over these website terms where applicable.
2. About Velora
Velora UK is a UK-based business supplying premium sleep, travel and wellness products to businesses across hospitality, aviation, airport lounges, retail and other commercial environments.
Our products may include sleep masks, Bluetooth sleep masks, travel pillows, nasal strips, sleep sprays, sleep patches, travel kits and other related products.
Product ranges may change from time to time as we introduce new products, discontinue products or update existing product offerings.
3. Use of Our Website
You may use the Velora website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the website:
-
In a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
-
To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
-
To introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful material
-
To interfere with the operation or security of the website
-
To use website content for fraudulent or misleading purposes
-
To reproduce, copy or commercially exploit website content without our permission
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, product images and descriptions are provided for general information and may occasionally differ from the final product due to manufacturing changes, packaging updates, branding requirements, colour variations or other circumstances.
Where products are customised or personalised for a business customer, the final product may differ from images used on our website or promotional materials.
We reserve the right to update product information, specifications, availability and product ranges without prior notice.
5. Business Enquiries and Quotations
Businesses may contact Velora to request product information, samples, pricing, quotations or information regarding customised or personalised products.
Any quotation provided by Velora is provided based on the information available at the time and may be subject to product availability, quantities, specifications, branding requirements, delivery requirements, supplier costs, shipping costs, taxes, duties and other applicable charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee that products will remain available at the quoted price.
Quotations may be subject to a specified validity period. Where no validity period is stated, Velora reserves the right to amend or withdraw a quotation where circumstances materially change.
6. Orders and Acceptance
An order is not considered accepted by Velora until it has been confirmed in writing.
Velora reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, products are unavailable, pricing or product information has been materially incorrect, required specifications cannot be fulfilled, or other circumstances prevent the order from being completed.
Where an order has been accepted, the agreed product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment arrangements and delivery arrangements will apply.
Additional or different terms proposed by a customer will not automatically apply unless expressly agreed by Velora in writing.
7. Custom and Personalised Products
Velora may offer customised and personalised products, including products featuring a customer's branding, logo, packaging or other specified requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, trademarks, images, text or other materials supplied to Velora for customisation are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials.
By providing branding or other materials to Velora, the customer confirms that the use of those materials by Velora for the agreed purpose will not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party.
Customers should carefully review and approve branding, artwork, specifications and other details before production begins.
Once production of customised or personalised products has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible and may result in additional costs.
Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund where the issue is simply a change of mind, subject to any applicable legal rights and the specific terms agreed for the order.
8. Product Samples
Velora may provide product samples to businesses for evaluation before placing an order.
Sample availability, pricing and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the product and circumstances.
A sample does not guarantee future product availability, pricing, specifications or production times.
Where a sample has been customised or personalised, the customer may be responsible for any applicable setup, branding, production, delivery or other associated costs.
9. Pricing and Payment
Prices provided by Velora may vary depending on product, quantity, branding requirements, packaging, shipping arrangements, supplier costs and other relevant factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are subject to confirmation at the time of quotation or order.
Payment terms will be agreed with the customer before an order is confirmed.
Where payment is required in advance, production or fulfilment may not begin until the required payment has been received.
Where credit terms have been agreed, payment must be made within the agreed payment period.
Velora reserves the right to suspend or delay fulfilment where agreed payments have not been received.
10. Delivery
Delivery times provided by Velora are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by manufacturing, stock availability, customisation, shipping, customs procedures, courier delays, weather, international transport disruption or other circumstances outside Velora's reasonable control.
Where products are imported or shipped internationally, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees may apply depending on the destination and agreed shipping arrangement.
Where such charges are the responsibility of the customer, the customer is responsible for paying them.
Velora will provide relevant delivery information available to us at the time of quotation or order.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product imagery, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Velora.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.
The Velora name, branding and associated intellectual property may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorised association, partnership or endorsement.
Where customers provide their own branding or intellectual property for customised products, ownership of that intellectual property remains with the customer or its respective owner.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services, including social media platforms and other websites.
These links are provided for convenience and information only.
Velora does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms of use.
You should review the relevant terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Velora website available and functioning correctly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
14. Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure that information provided through our website is accurate and useful. However, the website and its content are provided for general information purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Velora will not be responsible for losses arising from reliance solely on general information contained on the website where that information was not provided as specific professional or contractual advice.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For business-to-business transactions, any contractual limitations of liability applicable to a particular order or agreement will be set out in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, contract or other written agreement where applicable.
15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Velora will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic events, industrial disputes, transport disruption, shipping delays, supplier disruption, customs delays, government action, changes in law, technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and, where appropriate, communicate relevant delays or changes to affected customers.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookies Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you should review these policies to understand how your personal information and website data may be handled.
17. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of the current version.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply, the courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from or connected with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Velora website.
For specific business transactions, the governing law and jurisdiction may instead be set out in the relevant written agreement between Velora and the customer.
